Return Process

  Log into your Mis Claire account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
